To survive the tough market competition, your business needs to stand out and outshine your competitors. Your brand has to carry your philosophies, strengths, and value in order to contribute to driving your success. A strong brand helps to increase reputations, build trusts and ultimately bring your business to the next level. Companies that don't understand the value of brand will not survive.

An effective corporate logo, created through the process of identity design is the all-important first step to creating a strong brand that will proudly represent your company.

Can you recall their logo?

Here's a simple list of companies that spent effort building their brand: MacDonalds, StarBuck, FedEx, Apple Computers, LG, SIA, Ferrari, 7-11, Coca Cola. How many of them can you recall how their logo looks like? I am sure atleast 6 out of 10. That show how recognisable is their brand. That shows that these brands (and indirectly, their products & services) are rooted in your mind.

Vital Links Technology Pte Ltd deals with design and supply of printed circuit board. Its clients include MNCs such as HP. The company acts as the middleman, linking up the clients with manufacturers, hence the name Vital Links. The company is young and dynamics. It is known for its quality services and reliability. An impactful and impressive logo is needed to bring out these qualities and strengthen their brand.

Based on the design of printed circult board, this logo focus on two ends of the conductor connecting to one another. The connection symbolises reliability and the the type of services that the company provides. Both letters are connected via a single link, a 'vital' point. Type of font use is italic in nature, representing the synergy with business partners and the efficiency of service. Orange as the secondary colour represents dynamics, warm and friendliness.

 



Borders Recruitment Pte Ltd is a newly startup job placement agency with local and international clients. It requires a logo to enhance its professionalism. This is especially important when it comes with to dealing with establised companies. The company's core values include quality services, young and full of energy. They wanted something that is bright and reliable. The company is named "borders" because they believe in no limits, no boundaries.

The brush stroke represents dynamic and free-form as a company that engages countries from different part of the world, servicing different agencies and clients. It visually represents "the right choice" that exist among many similiar agencies, BORDERS offer professional and reliable services. It also represents a "bird" that is able to fly beyond borders, beyond boundaries.

The "V" also represents victory, where BORDERS will be the company that brings you to greater height. Red is chosen as the primary colour as it represents "passion" and "aggressiveness" of the company as it enters the market and years to come. Red gives a feeling of reliablity and stability.

Orange is chosen are the secondary colour for the 'tick' as it represents dynamic, warm and friendly.

VIC Education Support Services Pte Ltd offers foreign student admission and exchange program. It services include organize learning and cultural trips for students across in China, and helping foreign students to pursue dreams in Singapore.

For the initial discussions, we learned that VIC is passionate and friendly. The owners understands the needs of its clients, caring and always being helpful. It's target audience are parents and children aged 6-12. It's target market includes China and Singapore.

VIC stands for "value-added learning opportunities, Integrity in Service, Caring towards all we serve"

The abbreviation, VIC, forms a shape of an open-arm human, a welcome posture with confident. It represents welcoming students and clients. It is warm and caring. The arc on top represents the bridge of knowledge, and incorporate its url as part of the bridge.

The logo is designed in black and white without any fancy usage of color. Thus, the logo mark itself draw the most attention. Overall, it is a creative approach and the outcome is both fresh and impressive.




 


BioClean Contractors Pte Ltd specialise in contract cleaning, floor maintance and landscaping. Its major clients are local hotels.

It requires a logo that is clean, simple, and relevant to cleaning, especially water.

Two shades of blue are picked to represent water, the main element used in cleaning services. A lighter blue is use for "Bio" while a darker blue for "Clean". A small twist in the 'o' adds dynamics, actions and creative touch to the logo. It also represent the process of cleaning.

A company in the business of human lifestyle. The name LIFESTYLE INTEGRAL PTE LTD, derives from the following: Quality people, Quality services, Quality products Which translates to happy customers, end-users and business partners.

The company supply quality FMCG products from principals to the local retailers, mainly supermarkets, cosmetics, pharmacies, hypermarts. Currently paper, household, personal care categories.

It requires a logo with fresh outlook and feeling that represents human-based solution.

The first thing that come into mind is a leaf, that's organic, fresh, and green. The logo incorporate 3 happy humans with open arms, embedded as the the veins of the leaf. Three sections, representing quality people, products and services.

Orange is used for the company name, which brings out bright, sunny feeling without loosing integrity and professionalism.
